The Role
The Residential Conveyancing solicitor will manage a residential transactional case load involving freehold and leasehold properties from instruction through to post completion. The case load will entail dealing with sale, purchases, equity release, remortgage, help to buy and transfers of equity of new build properties, flats and houses to given financial targets and time constraints.
 
The Candidate
The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 year's PQE working in a busy residential conveyancing team. The successful Conveyancing Solicitor will also be a team player, capable of adapting to situations quickly and have a flexible approach. Strong communications are essential.
