Senior Conveyancing Solicitor | Non volume work

TSR Legal are working with a well-respected firm who are now looking for a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join their small team who focus on non-volume local client work.

THE ROLE:

Your role as the Senior Conveyancing Solicitor will be to manage clients and supervise a small conveyancing team . In addition, you'll oversee all stages of the conveyancing process, from instruction to completion (mix of sales/purchases/freehold/leasehold). As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with firms other partners.

In order to be considered, you must be a qualified conveyancing Solicitor with a broad depth of experience in conveyancing.

The work is traditional face to face work and local client caseload. You should have excellent knowledge of registered and unregistered land, leasehold and freehold properties, transfer of equity, help to buy, new builds and be able to title check.
