Senior Family Lawyer - Bristol - Flexible and Agile Working
Your new role
Our client are looking for a Senior Family lawyer to join their well-established Family department in Bristol. Based just outside of Bristol city centre, they are located in a very commutable location from South Wales, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. Our client offers a flexible and agile (home) working environment, so you can adjust your hours to suit your personal circumstances.
As a senior family lawyer, you'll lead a team as well as being hands-on and managing a varied caseload (including high networth and complex cases). This is a great opportunity to develop your career and help shape the future of the department. You will manage and develop the team, undertaking all line management duties, review and manage the team's workload and delegate duties evenly across the team. You will actively look for opportunities to improve ways of working and increase revenue and advise the team on complex legal queries.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified solicitor with plenty of experience and technical expertise in family law, ideally with people management experience, with a passion for supporting and developing a team. You should also have excellent communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
