JOB TITLE: Senior Corporate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 8+
LOCATION: Greater Manchester
HOURLY RATE: Competitive

THE ROLE:
The successful Senior Corporate Solicitor will be responsible for their own busy caseload of Corporate work. This will include drafting documents ie cross option agreements, shareholders agreements etc as well as liaising with clients and other professionals. Applicants must be experienced in all aspects of corporate matters and be experienced in marketing and business development activities.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Senior Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE. You will be able to take a solutions led approach whilst listening to the clients’ challenges and provide a bespoke, premium solution. You will advise on transactions throughout the UK and do so at a high level of client care. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join a renowned Corporate team and be encouraged to further develop their career.
