A Legal 500 City, boutique law firm based in central London with an incredible reputation across their core practices is now looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their award winning team. You will be employed principally on a caseload focused on a full range of contentious probate matters working closely with the Private Client and Litigation department. You will have the opportunity to work within a Tier 2 Practice with superb quality work with an international aspect. A competitive London salary is on offer - NQs from 42k. Salary will be dependant on experience.

The ideal candidate must have previous contentious probate experience as the role consists of taking over an existing caseload. PQE is flexible, NQs-5 PQE are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will work on the full range of contentious probate claims, including trustee disputes, will challenges and family provision.
