EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR | 3+ PQE | FULL OR PART TIME

A well respected regional firm is looking for an Employment Solicitor with over 3 years' PQE to work in their busy practice. The firm is well established, with an excellent reputation in the local area and have offices across the region. They have an excellent staff retention rate and people genuinely enjoy working here. 

The Employment team handles a diverse range of work, both advisory and contentious, and act for both employers and employees, so this is an ideal environment for an experienced practitioner to utilise their skills in all aspects of Employment law. There is an emphasis on contentious work, including discrimination, harassment, constructive and wrongful dismissal while the advisory work includes advice on employment contracts, restructuring, TUPE and redundancy.

The ideal candidate will be an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE, and have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. They are also happy to consider candidates who are looking for a part time position (minimum 3 days per week).
