COMMERCIAL PROPERTY - 3+ PQE - GREATER MANCHESTER
An excellent opportunity to join a leading Property Department at a highly reputable law firm. The firm services clients across various sectors and has a first-class national reputation.
Typical matters which you will be involved in include: providing support on significant transactions, the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, landlord and tenant matters, the management of commercial leases and licences and providing sound advice to various departments when property issues arise. Experience in commercial property litigation and strong negotiation skills would also be beneficial.
If you are an excellent communicator, have strong organisational and management skills then this is the role for you.
