A leading top 200 firm offering private individuals and commercial household names legal services with a number of offices across the region are. The firm are looking to add further to what is already a very successful residential conveyancing team. If you are an ambitious qualified conveyancer (solicitor, CLC , FCILEx) with at least five years fee earning experience this position could be very beneficial for your future.
This is full time role based at the office in Winchester and forms part of the existing plans for growth of the firm as a whole which itself has seen some very positive development in recent years inline with the firms overal plans for strategic growth.
This is a key hire for the team in Winchester as you will be required to lead the conveyancing team hence the requirement for experience of this level. with your career to date you will have developed a network of existing relationships within the conveyancing sector having ideally established yourself in the region already. Managerial experience of a team/department is a key factor for the role as is the assumption fo good all round technical and procedural knowledge uncross the full spectrum of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, leasehold and unregistered titles, mortgages and transfers of ownership.
The role will suit an individual with ambition, good all round communication skills and an ability to drive business forward but also develop the team and in the process achieve and surpass targets for the business. This is a great opportunity to genuinely put your influence into the team and be recognised across the firm as a whole as a leader and achiever. longer term options for further seniority are a possibility also with the firm having concrete plans for further growth so a great time to joining the business and make a mark for yourself.
