A firm who have developed a reputation for excellent client care over a number of years, dealing with clients on a local level in Somerset and across the UK are keen to add an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to their team as a team leader

Based in conveniently positioned offices, with available parking in a commutable location for public transport and general infrastructure. This firm have an enviable reputation for exceeding expectations of clients and have a great deal of repeat business across all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions.

The ideal candidate would come from an experienced background, in a strong high street, regional or Legal 500 firm, and be confident in handling a range of residential property transactions and offering excellent client care.

Duties and responsibilities would include:

- Servicing the needs of clients on residential conveyancing transactions
- Developing new business in residential property
- Working on sale and purchase of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, help to buy, right to buy, staircasing, equity and remortgage transactions
- Offering support to other team members in the residential conveyancing department
