Job Details
My client are a leading and award-winning international commercial law firm with offices throughout the UK.
They are looking for a Commercial Property Legal Executive to join their growing property team based in Manchester.
You will be CILEX qualified and bring with you previous experience in both Commercial Property and
Landlord and Tenant. Candidates with experience of supervising junior members of a team are encouraged to apply, also candidates with experience in the industrial/logistics sector would be beneficial.
As Commercial Property Legal Executive you will have an opportunity to join a successful established property team
The role will involve a combination of:-
supporting senior lawyers on complex, market leading transactions - specifically in the logistics sector
responsibility for your own case-load of commercial property transactions - specifically acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant lease negotiations; and
supervision and support of junior colleagues on more straightforward transactions.
