Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

A well established multi office law firm in Ashford, Kent are expanding their commercial property department and are now seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (5yrs+ PQE) to join them.

Your role will be to handle a range of transactions, including sales and purchase of commercial property, developments, preparing leases, contracts and licenses, conditional contracts, option and overage agreements. You will manage your own caseload from day one, alongside developing the commercial property client base.

You must be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor (5yrs+ PQE) with a proven track record in a similar role. You'll have excellent client care skills and be used to undertaking business development/marketing to generate clients. The ability to mentor and oversee more junior colleagues would be ideal.
