TSR Legal are working with a leading high street legal practice based in Newport. The role will involve managing a caseload of registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold matters in respect of sales, purchases, remortgages & transfers of equity. The role has arisen due to expansion in the team and is offered on a full time permanent basis. Salary is depending on experience.
The practice is a well established and highly regarded private practice offering a range of commercial and personal services to clients throughout the region. The Newport office have high staff retention and offer plenty of opportunities for career development.
Applications are invited from qualified solicitors (at least 2 years PQE) with a proven track record of handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files. You’ll possess excellent client care and communication skills, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have previous experience handling a caseload of conveyancing matters using a Case Management System. You should be a good team player and be able to get along with others and enjoy working in a culture that is highly focused within a friendly and supportive environment.
