Commercial Property Solicitor

Highly regarded Essex based law firm are looking to recruit a commercial property solicitor to join them on a permanent basis. Commencing in January this is an expansionary role and there is already a full caseload of matters waiting to be dealt with.

The caseload consists of:

- Acting primarily for lenders in commercial property transactions

- Dealing with commercial property leases

- Development matters

- Easements

- Rights of way

Applicants must be confident in dealing with their own caseload of commercial property matters and must have at least 2 years experience gained within the commercial property arena.

This firm is very forward thinking in how they work, there are no time recording targets and no post completion work to deal with as they have a separate post completion team. They enjoy a very good work life balance and pride themselves on the atmosphere that they have created in the office.
