Company Commercial Solicitor
A private practice requires an experienced company commercial solicitor for a law firm in the Bournemouth and Poole area.
The Firm
An established private practice with a long history and year on year growth. The firm employ some leading lawyers in the area and enjoy a very health client list.
The Role
The company commercial solicitor role reports to a Partner and requires you to manage a mixed commercial and corporate case load involving a wide range of matters such as terms and conditions, commercial agreements, business sale and purchase, joint ventures and distribution agreements.
The Company Commercial Solicitor will be required to prepare legal contracts and advise on business structures with associated protection from risks, corporate finance and M&A.
The Candidate
Candidates will have 4 years + PQE and offer excellent drafting skills, commercial awareness and business development.
Salary dependent upon experience.
