A well established law firm in Ashford, Kent are seeking a career minded junior Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-3yrs PQE) to join their growing property team.

Upon joining, you'll play an active role in handling a range of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, development and lease extensions, working closely with the Head of Department.

You must be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor (or Legal Executive) ideally with 1-3 years PQE (however, NQ Solicitors with relevant experience and perhaps some Paralegal experience prior to your training contract also encouraged to apply. You will be ambitious and be looking to join a growing, forward thinking commercial property team.

Salary is negotiable and in line with market rate for Kent together with bonus, 25 days holiday, on-site parking and clear career progression opportunities. The firms offices are easily commutable from near by towns such as Maidstone, Canterbury and Folkestone and most parts of East Kent.
