Child Care Lawyers

Our client is a well-established and professionally managed practice, which attracts high calibre lawyers and rightly proud of its history and reputation. 

The firm has a thriving Child Care team, one of the more sizeable departments in the region, and with expertise in managing instructions and representing the interest of all parties.   Trusted and engaged as an advisor to Guardians and Social Services, the team also acts for Parents, Grandparents and other family members/carers. 
 
Various opportunities exist within the team including for another Children Panel Member.  Also an associate solicitor (not less than 12 months' pqe), who for the foreseeable future, would be happy to undertake a mixed parent/carer and guardian/child caseload before later specialising.   Applications also welcome from local authority lawyers looking to develop careers in private practice.

Remuneration will be tailored to reflect the individual’s experience and caseload, but the firm’s overall policy is to pitch salary at a level which attracts and retains high calibre solicitors and lawyers.
