Job Details
Sacco Mann are working with a top law firm with offices throughout the UK. They are looking for a Residential Development Legal Executive to join their growing Real Estate team based in Manchester.
The Real Estate team provides a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property for both the public and private sector.
The successful candidate will be dealing largely with residential properties and land that is to be developed for residential purposes
Main duties and responsibilities
Assisting in the acquisition and disposal of sites for the purposes of residential development.
Assisting with the site set up of residential development schemes and drafting documentation
Assisting with infrastructure and planning agreements.
Assisting with residential investment acquisitions and disposals
Managing a caseload of ground rent acquisitions
This Residential Development role will suit commercial property candidates with an interest in and/or experience of residential development
You will have:
Experience of handling property files from start to finish
Excellent drafting and research skills
CILEX qualified 2years plus
