Residential Property Lawyer Job - Swindon
Your new company
This highly successful and respected law firm are looking to expand their existing busy and highly successful property department with another residential property lawyer in their Swindon office. This warm and friendly team take pride in their reputation and this is a fantastic opportunity as there will be genuine opportunity for swift progression and the chance to develop a career to be proud of.
The work will be varied and of high net worth consisting of matters to include sales and purchases, shared ownership, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and plot sales. You'll be working closely with clients and colleagues and enjoy a good level of autonomy, whilst being supported by a strong positive team, who all share a can-do attitude. You will be a residential property solicitor, legal executive or licenced conveyancer.
