Dispute Resolution lawyer job NQ-3 PQE - Exeter

Your new company
This award winning firm support clients in the UK and internationally. They currently have an excellent opportunity for a NQ-3 PQE lawyer to join their Commercial & Regulatory Disputes team. The team carry out a full range of commercial and regulatory disputes work with an international reach. It is ranked in the London and South West divisions of Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 for its commercial litigation, professional negligence, reputation management, fraud, regulatory investigations and insurance coverage expertise.

Your new role
The position offers real opportunity to expand your knowledge and progress your career in a supportive team environment. The work is demanding, but the team and firm promote an open a friendly culture whilst being proud of their reputation. The team are currently working from home but once the effect of COVID has subsided, this role will be based 2-3 days a week in their Exeter office with the opportunity for business travel to Bristol, London and internationally whilst working remotely from home 2-3 days a week.The firm offers a genuine work / life balance but with no compromise on quality of work, personal mentoring or career development.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are keen to consider candidates ranging from NQ - 3 PQE who have gained experience in any combination of corporate and commercial litigation, international enforcement or arbitration, private wealth / offshore disputes or contentious regulatory investigations including white collar crime. You will have a genuine interest in promoting business development opportunities or activities and be able to demonstrate an ability to build effective and positive relationships with clients and colleagues that embrace the importance of trust and collaboration.
