Job Details
The position will see you act on a caseload of technical Fast and Multi Track claims from instruction through to settlement or trial. You may also assist the senior team members on complex and even Catastrophic Injury claims and experience in this sphere is welcomed wholeheartedly.
The successful candidate will boast a demonstrable record in handling technically challenging RTA cases (3-7 years PQE is the guideline however all PQE levels considered) gained within a renowned firm.
The Technical RTA Litigation department has a large and dedicated team and offers real opportunity for future progression and individual development.
Salary will be in line with experience and expertise with a guideline of up to £45k and a full and comprehensive benefits list.
The role would best suit a confident Personal Injury Solicitor or Fee Earner with considerable technical PI litigation experience.
