A major national commercial firm has opportunities for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join its successful Newcastle upon Tyne Real Estate team. The firm has been on an exciting growth trajectory for some time now and this new role available is a result of busy workloads.

The firm is extremely people focused and strives to offer an enjoyable working environment, with plenty of support and opportunities for career development.

The Real Estate team acts for a range of developers, investors, owner managed businesses and public sector bodes. Your caseload will involve a full range of acquisitions and disposals, development work and property finance as well as a small amount of landlord and tenant matters.

You will be joining a collegiate, experienced team which needs support with a significant workload. Roles are pitched at 4-6 years PQE and 6 years + PQE, solid Real Estate Associates and Senior Associates who are confident to work across the full remit of transactions, with the support of a great team, are encouraged to apply.
