Litigation Solicitor

An opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a well-respected firm in Warwickshire. This opportunity has arisen in part due to the firms succession planning and as such there are good long term prospects for progression for the right candidate.

You will join a busy and high performing litigation team and take on a varied caseload. The work will touch upon a broad range of contentious issues such as, contract disputes, professional negligence, contested probate, IP theft, media claims, charity claims and property litigation.

The firm has an excellent reputation in the local area which has enabled them to build a loyal and growing client base. They hold the Lexcel practice management accreditation and are dedicated to providing excellent service to their clients.

You will benefit from secretarial and administrative support and enjoy high levels of autonomy.  You will work alongside an accomplished Litigator and will benefit from their tactical guidance on complex cases.

Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience. The position will allow for a degree of home working although an element of office presence will be required.

This position would be ideally suited to a qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with an excellent understanding of the civil procedure rules and a successful track record of dealing with a broad range of contentious issues. Advocacy experience is desirable but not essential.

We are interested in hearing from qualified Solicitors and FCILEx of all levels of experience but suspect that the position would be particularly well suited to individuals with one to seven years PQE.
