Part-time In House Commercial Lawyer A unique opportunity to work on a part time, 2 or 3 days per week, in-house for a commercial business based in Hampshire. The Firm The firm operates closely with stakeholders relating to property investment, construction and operational management companies. As part of their future growth and expansion plans the legal function will be moved in-house. The Role A varied and interesting role involving advising high net worth clients with commercial agreements, finance agreements, funding arrangements, business management and operational management, commercial property/real estate acquisition both in the UK and overseas and construction contacts. The role will report to the Managing Director and will involve working in a small team to including finance professionals. The Candidate The successful candidate will likely possess excellent corporate and commercial experience to include Commercial Property/Real Estate experience and will be able to work either on a 2 or 3 day week as either an employee or as a consultant. Salary dependent upon experience.
