Regional Conveyancer | Solicitor

Based in central Cardiff, our clients conveyancing department is the most successful within the firm and they have a very stable and secure work flow.

You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of residential files from instruction through to post completion under supervision from the departments partner. The conveyancing department has the assistance of two legal assistants to help with the progress of your files. You will be handling a mixture of Sale, Purchase, Re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership, New Build, Freehold, Leasehold and Un-registered regional conveyancing files, it is therefore essential you have dealt with in a number of these matters.

To be considered for this position you should have at least two years experience handling your own caseload of residential files.

The firm are looking to pay market rate along with generous annual leave and a Christmas close down.

Remuneration

Salary £34,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
