Job Details
Due to this increase in instructions they are now seeking an additional qualified solicitor or legal executive with commercial property experience.
You will join a very friendly commercial property team of around 10 qualified fee earners, legal assistants and support staff. Very established clients to be advising from day one.
You will handle a broad and diverse caseload to include commercial landlord and tenant and asset management, investment and pension fund matters, development including options and promotion agreements and transactional corporate support.
Applications are welcomed from newly qualified solicitors as well as those with many more years' commercial property experience.
This role will be based in Somerton, Somerset and you will work closely with an established partner who will guide and mentor you as appropriate.
Salary up to £50k + bonus and flexible working from both the office and home.
