An excellent opportunity play a leading role in the further development of the team and work closely with the Managing Partner 

A local and well respected firm with several offices in West Sussex are seeking to add to what is an already established and successful Dispute Resolution team. The firm have grown steadily and raised its reputation substantially in the last few years attracting some excellent personnel to what is now a very strong offering, acting for local, national and international Clients. 

The Dispute Resolutiong team deals with a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes, professional negligence claims, IP disputes, and banking & finance disputes. They are looking for a qulalified Solicitor or Legal Executive with extensive experience in dealing with property disputes. The Dispute Resolution team has a broad level of experience comprising of Partners, Solicitors and Legal Executives and is very well supported by some very capable Assistants. You will naturally be expected to manage you own caseload focusing on a property matters. Given your level of experience (5yrs+ PQE) you will have acquired excellent technical knowledge and be a very capable and established solicitor. 

The role would suit an individual who is keen to play a key role in growing a team, developing others through sharing your own substantial technical expertise and raising the overall capabilities of the team. Ideally you would be a well connected individual who is firmly established across the region and able to utilise your commercial acumen to the benefit of the team and your own further progression. The firm are also interested to hear from individuals who may be wishing to relocate to the Sussex region who themselves have an appetite for business development and relish prospect of establishing themselves in a new region.

This is a close knit team and would suit an individual who is keen to not only to succeed as an individual but work together with those around them on some of the more complex matters and have a genuine desire to raise the reputation of the department and support team members in achieving their own goals.
