You will be working alongside the Managing Partner who specialises in Employment law as well as the Head of the Commercial department with cross-referrals. The current client portfolio holds a mix of high quality employee and employer matters where you will be taking on share of the firms existing clients. However there is an autonomy to the role where you will be encouraged to really build up your own client portfolio and develop a strong marketing and business development strategy. Along with a developing caseload comes the chance to build your own team and further strengthening the employment department.
The firm are looking to invest a lot of time, development and money into this next appointee.
