Job Details
There is a real mixture of work in place for this role with private paying matters being shared across the department. You must however be experienced enough to deal with a broad range of family work such as divorce and separation, pre-nuptial disputes, private children matters, financial disputes and ancillary relief as well as undertaking your own advocacy.
This firm represent clients from across the region and deal with affluent & high net worth individuals with large assets, so experience of dealing with high value matters would be useful. Whilst fee earning is the main focus of this role there will also be an emphasis on business development as a significant amount of work is based on repeat clients and referrals. They are a traditional practice and you will get your own office space as well as Paralegal that will support you however they also have remote working available with most staff currently working from home and this is set to continue. Very relaxed atmosphere and grown up attitdue to management, so you will not be micro manager and you will be given the autonomy to deal with work as efficiently as possible.
