Your new role

This commercial litigation solicitor role will see you handle a broad range of disputes work. This will include partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract matters as well as warranty and indemnity disputes. There will also be some insolvency litigation matters although you are not expected to have insolvency experience.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 2+ years' pqe. You will be able to work effectively within a team and have well developed client care skills.
