Tax & Trusts Solicitor
A Tax & Trusts Solicitor is required by a highly rated private client department of a leading Hampshire law firm in their Southampton office.
The Firm
A Law firm with traditional roots in the local community working with local, regional and national clients covering a variety of market sectors. They employ some highly talented and motivated lawyers working upon high quality of work and providing excellent legal advice.
The Role
The Tax & Trusts Solicitor role is part of their expansion planning, and they are looking to recruit a Solicitor to provide expert advice in Tax, Trust and Tax Planning . The successful Tax & Trusts Solicitor will have experience that encompasses all areas of tax and estate planning, including estate administration, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, income tax and stamp duties, wills and LPAs.
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor, preferably STEP qualified, with at least 4 + years' PQE in dealing with Tax & Trusts work within a leading regional, City or specialist private client department/practice. Technically very strong with excellent client management skills.
