A leading Top 50 commercial firm with a national and international presence and reputation are looking to recruit a solicitor into their corporate team in Leeds.

The team deal with a broad range corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, corporate finance and joint ventures. The firm’s clients include a broad range of businesses from family owned companies up to multinational corporations. The firm advises on more than 200 M&A deals annually. The reputation of the firm is first class ensuring a regular flow of good quality, varied and interesting work into the team.

As the firm deals with corporate work across a number of different jurisdictions there can be the opportunity to work overseas for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will likely be a corporate lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE in dealing with corporate law matters within a similarly well-respected commercial firm.
