Our client is a long established, modern and forward thinking practice that is highly regarded for their work across a broad spectrum of practice areas.

They are seeking a capable Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to join their busy team and play a key role in the departments future growth plans.

You will enjoy a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, right to buy, transfers of equity, leases and shared ownerships.

You will work closely with both the Conveyancing Partner and Managing Partner in order to drive efficiency, client satisfaction and a long term growth in the department.

You will have the opportunity to supervise and develop junior Lawyers and support staff as well as implementing business development initiatives and forging relationships with local estate agents and referrers in order to facilitate growth in the caseload.

Given the emphasis on growth within the department, this role will put you in prime position for Partnership. The firm provide themselves on providing clear cut routes for progression which will be fast tracked based on performance.

In order to be considered for this position you must have solid experience within a busy conveyancing department at a reputable practice and have the desire to lead at the forefront of a team. Candidates with experience and connections within property development are very desirable.

The salary on offer will be competitive and is expected to be in the region of £40,000 to £45,000 plus additional benefits including a bonus scheme. Candidates will be valued based on individual merit and those with higher salary expectations are invited to apply to discuss their requirements.
