Residential Conveyancer - Norwich
Our client is looking to further expand their Conveyancing department with an experienced Solicitor, CILEx or CLC (5+ PQE preferred however all applicants are encouraged to apply). This firm has continued to thrive throughout the lockdown period with only a short few weeks seeing staff working from home. You will be used to handling a full caseload from instruction to completion which will include: sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, re-mortgages, joint ownership, transfers of equity and tenancy agreements.
In return, you will expect a generous salary as well as benefits to include a yearly bonus scheme, pension contribution, holiday entitlement, flexible working and free car parking. This position would be ideal for someone who is looking to join a small and friendly team where you will have excellent support around you by other experienced fee earners with the potential to reach directorship in the future.
