A great opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to fee earn without the stress of the daily commute, work from home in the comfort and the safety of your personal office set up with excellent on tap support from head office.

This is an firm that continues to flourish and have seen a significant uplift in work as a result of a number of client wins providing further long term stability. In addition the cut in Stamp Duty has provided a increase in casework with the need to recruit further experienced Conveyancers who are comfortable in dealing with a high volume (c80-100) of sale and purchase files.

Now being one of the country's largest providers of residential conveyancing services the continuing expansion shows no sign of slowing on what has already been an extremely successful past few years. The firm are therefore keen to appoint experienced residential property lawyers who wish to contribute and benefit from further growth and commercial success. 

Ideally you will have significant experience of dealing with the full remit of residential conveyancing matters, considering yourself to be proficient in dealing with transactions from inception through to completion in a methodical and efficient manner. 

Where this role differs to others is the ability for you to be completely home based and also have some degree of flexibility with your working pattern. You will work remotely, with equipment provided by the firm, forming part of a dedicated nationally distributed specialist team. The firm have excellent support systems and procedures in place to provide you with everything you need to perform and manage your caseload in an efficient manner. Occasional visits to head office will be required for training and other business crucial matters, essentially the vast majority of your time will be spent at home.
