JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years
LOCATION: Nottinghamshire

THE ROLE:
An established firm is seeking a highly motivated Residential Conveyancer to join their flourishing Residential Property department. You will have experience and confidence in handling a variety of Residential Property transactions autonomously, demonstrated thorough working knowledge of conveyancing practice and procedures.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Residential Conveyancer will ideally have 2 years’ experience working in Residential Property law and must either be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. You will be diligent, reliable and dependable, consistently achieving and delivery a high quality service to your client base. The successful individual will show strong technical competence, self-motivation and enthusiasm as a significant addition to their growing team.
