Residential Conveyancer - Permanent
Wiltshire – commutable from Bristol & Gloucestershire
Our client, is a well-established law firm in Wiltshire, with a strong reputation and excellent connections. The firm is seeking a capable Residential Conveyancer to join their busy and growing team with an existing caseload of matters. This assignment is available as soon as the ideal locum can start and is likely to last an initial month with a possibility of further extension depending on workload.
The ideal candidate will have broad experience of matters across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters and at least 3 years’ PQE. The firm enjoys a strong regional presence and therefore has a high volume of workload so no initial business development will be required.
The firm is ideally seeking a full-time candidate, but can consider part-time hours and flexibility for the right candidate, if required.
