In House Commercial Lawyer - Work from home A unique opportunity to work on a part time, 2 or 3 days per week, in-house for a commercial business based remotely from home. The Firm A professional services consultancy working with global stakeholders advising upon business analysis, business strategy, operational management, property services management to maximize investment, cash flow and asset value. The Role The role is a part time role and will involve working closely with the senior management team advising high net worth clients involving drafting, negotiating, reviewing and advising of a wide range of professional service contracts relating to property management, commercial agreements, finance agreements, funding arrangements, business management and operational management, commercial property/real estate acquisition both in the UK and overseas and construction contacts. The Candidate The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years continuous commercial law employment within a property investment or management consultancy. You will have trained in a regional or City firm involving Commercial and Corporate work. Capable of working form home on a part time basis 2 or 3 days per week. Experience of the hospitality industry preferred. Salary dependent upon experience - Circa £500 to £700 per day.
