Litigation Solicitor - 2-6PQE

This ever expanding firm is looking to add another Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their well established firm based out of their Exeter offices. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years practising experience of a varied caseload of litigation work and be able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.

This position can be offered in line with serious progression opportunities. To achieve this you will need to work closely with the firms marketing channels and actively get involved with networking and business development activities.

You will need to have a varied background surrounding contentious trusts and probate, landlord and tenant matters, commercial litigation, property disputes as well as managing employment cases (employee/employer) of settlement agreements, tribunal claims, county court claims some non-contentious matters and TUPE.
