Role Title: Private Equity Partner

Our international client in London has an impressive Corporate and Private Equity practice seeking a Senior Associate or Partner to join the team.
  
The team specialise in private equity and transactions for asset managers and financial institutions.  There is also a focus on consortium arrangements and auctions ,  M&A and  joint ventures often with a cross-border element.
  
Candidates will be expected to work independently and also with a range of partners within the transactional team. Strong academics, ambition, talent, relevant corporate experience and a keenness for responsibility are required.
  
You will be offered exposure to a range of deals, excellent training and the firm is established enough to have the necessary support around fee earners.
