The Commercial Litigation team provides commercial advice to clients who need to resolve a wide variety of disputes with an emphasis on companies and company law, either through litigation, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution. The cases span a wide ranging spectrum of general commercial and corporate disputes and sector specific work including shareholder disputes, data, information and confidentiality, professional negligence claims, commercial fraud and injunctions. On offer is access to high-quality work from clients operating across a variety of sectors including telecoms, technology, energy, transport, banking and finance, food, retail and hospitality. The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have robust technical skills, a “can-do” zealous enthusiasm and motivation. You will have a pragmatic approach, good commercial understanding and excellent interpersonal skills, with a desire to provide excellent client service and an ability to build strong working relationships with both colleagues and clients. Desirable element include, judicial review procedures and petitions to the government, experience of dealing with banking disputes, exposure to agricultural issues would be a distinct advantage, previous business development and networking experience
