Employment Solicitor is sought to join an Established Legal 200. This is a standout opportunity to join an award-winning regional practice, who are one of the most ambitious, and fastest growing firms across the counties.
The firm already have an excellent and highly regarded Employment Department that reaches a broad range of clients nationally and, through further growth are looking to strengthen the team with the addition of an ambitious Solicitor.

The Role
The Employment Partners are looking to hire a Solicitor into their team which is regarded as one of the region's leading Employment teams. You will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law including:
Complex TUPE
Employment contracts
Restructuring
Grievances, discipline, bullying and settlement agreement
The team have a wealth of experience working with a variety of local, regional and national clients - the firm will also provide you with all resources needed to further build your regional reputation including, Marketing, identifying and organising Seminars and Business Development opportunities
Requirements
You will be an experienced Solicitor with 2 PQE + (There is no upper limit in PQE)
Will be used to managing both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
