Kinton Blake have partnered with a Top Commercial law firm with offices across the South who are hiring an experienced Senior Solicitor / Partner to join the firm Commercial Property department in Maidstone.

Due to growth and succession planning, a solicitor or partner with commercial property expertise is required to join this highly regarded firm.

This opportunity would suit an established commercial property partner or senior associate with a strong client following who is seeking a vibrant firm where your opinion and voice is valued by the senior management team.

You must have a solid background dealing with quality, commercial property matters, acting for a variety of clients such as businesses, individuals, banks and local authorities.

The Commercial Property Department is recommended and highly regarded in the area, they handle a wide range of work including commercial property development, property refinancing and site acquisitions and the sale and purchase of commercial properties such as large investment properties.

This role has been created to complement the existing team and although you will be joining a team with an existing caseload, you will be expected to help bring in future clients, so strong business development skills are a must for this role!
