Commercial Property Lawyer

5yrs+ PQE

East Sussex (Wealden)

A brilliant opportunity to join the expansion of an established name, be part of a brand new set up and shape their future success.

A regional Law firm with offices situated across The South East and London are keen to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to lead on a new proposition located in a delightful East Sussex town.

This is a new position and location for the firm who are already an established name in East Sussex. As such the position requires an individual with enthusiasm and drive who like to put their name to the development of the firm's presence locally, building up a caseload of matters relating to the acquisition and disposal of commercial and mixed used properties, broad lease work and general landlord and tenant matters. This represents an exciting challenge for that individual and would certainly provide a feather in the cap as far as your reputation is concerned. You may already be established locally and fancy a change of scenery or perhaps looking to relocate and establish yourself within a thriving East Sussex community. The locality of the office is in a beautiful area with many rural pursuits and interests available outside of work with an interesting mix of local businesses and commercial interests and clientele to work with and development excellent relationships.

Ideally, you will be an experienced Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor with a proven track record in managing a range of commercial property work with local knowledge of the local property market within Rural East Sussex being advantageous but not essential.

Excellent salary on offer within a modern covid safe working environment and the chance to work towards senior status within the firm.
