Job Details

A leading regional practice based near Fallowfield is looking for an experienced RTA Fee Earner/Litigator to deal with a mixed caseload of pre litigated and complex litigated files. Ambitious candidates will have the opportunity to progress to managing a small team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience managing their own caseload. Your caseload will be roughly 150 files.

You will be joining a law firm which covers the full spectrum of legal services for individuals and businesses. Other teams you will be surrounded by will include: Residential Conveyancing, Real Estate, Family Law, Employment Law, Corporate Law and Immigration. 

The salary is dependent on experience but is likely to be up to £35,000.

The role will involve handling your own caseload of Personal Injury Matters. You should have experience in a good range of general Personal Injury matters. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to determine whether the client has a valid claim, prepare client statements, access and quantify damages and identify & prepare cases for litigation.
