Commercial Property Solicitor

Birmingham

QED Legal are working with a national practice in the centre of Birmingham who are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join them.

This is an exciting time to be joining the practice and the role has come about due to expansion and increased instructions into the team. The firm are open on PQE level and for them it is more about the fit of the candidate into the team, but as there is work coming in you must be able to hit the ground running, and bearing this in mind the minimum level of PQE will be around 2 years+.

The firm are specialists in particular areas of law including healthcare, social care, public sector, and related disciplines. They are ranked in the leading legal directories and their Commercial Property team is award winning.

This role will be acting predominantly for Housing clients on a wide range of real estate matters with particular emphasis on land acquisition and development work for clients involved in the delivery of affordable housing. The ability to deal with ongoing management of property portfolios, and other landlord and tenant matters, will be an advantage.

The culture at the firm is fantastic and despite dealing with high value commercial work, the firm retains a non-stuffy culture and an atmosphere different to that at other Top 100 practices. It is genuinely a pleasant place to work.

Salary is competitive based on experience + benefits.
