A highly established regional private practice with offices in Somerset are keen to recruit a Private Client Solicitor, to work mainly on Wills, Probates, Trusts & Estates matters. Having worked extensively with this firm, I have first hand experience of their exceptionally high standard of work, and excellent, experienced team in place.

Based in well equipped offices in a prime location with fantastic public transport access via train and local commuter bus routes, this opportunity should appeal to Private Client Solicitors based in or within commutable distance of Bridgwater.

The suitable Private Client Solicitor can be from NQ level, and will have an understanding of Private Client matters, gained in a strong regional or Legal500 environment

Duties and responsibilities:

Working on behalf of a number of clients to offer specialist advice on wills, probate, trusts and estates administration, lasting powers of attorney and deeds of variation.
You will have responsibility for the supervision of paralegals in the department dealing with non-contentious probate work, to include the administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates.
You will also have responsibility for drafting and reviewing deeds of variation, trust deeds and statutory declarations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in handling Private Client matters
