A leading Legal 500, National law firm is looking for an experienced Contentious Trust and Probate Associate to join their highly regarded team. My client has a strong national presence and is looking for someone who can join them to work side on side with the team's well-known Partner, who has a formidable reputation in Contentious Trust and Probate in London.

You will be handling a broad range of high value contentious trust and probate work which will include inheritance claims, trustee disputes, disputes between beneficiaries and claims against executors or estates. You will undertake work both in the UK and Internationally, on behalf of HNW individuals, trustees, executors, administrators, protectors and beneficiaries.

The role will best suit a Contentious Trust Probate Associate with upwards of 5 years PQE however, applications will be considered for candidates whose experience falls outside of this, as long as you possess the relevant knowledge & experience.
