Job Details
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 2+ years PQE
- Have a specialism in commercial and data protection law
- Have experience reviewing, negotiating, drafting and amending commercial contracts
- Have experience in dealing with a full range of GDPR compliance issues, in addition to contentious issues such data breaches & subject access requests
- Assist the business with a range of other legal matters
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to their work
