Opportunity to join a Legal 500 listed Property Litigation department based in Shrewsbury who have a reputation as one of the best niche litigation practices in the West Midlands who have shown a dedicated commitment to a work/life balance.

The team is made up of 20 staff split over 3 separate teams and you will have Paralegal support based in this team. Work is a broad mix of landlord and commercial tenant work with a mix of dilapidation, leasehold & freehold management, lease renewals, forfeiture, trespass and possession claims. Due to the influx of work and increased client base any PQE level will be considered for this role, as your experience and seniority can be accommodated. There will also be opportunities to develop your career and progress into more technical roles as well as progress through the ranks to Associate, Team Leader, Head of Department and Partnership.

Salary based on PQE level however will start at £30k for NQ's and stretching up to £60k+ for experienced Solicitors. This is a tremendous chance to deal with top tier work in a friendly commercial environment.
