We are recruiting for a Property Locum available from January who is keen to secure a new role from the New Year onwards. This busy high street law firm in Wiltshire with links to London and Rural based clients are looking for a Property Solicitor to join the team to provide reliable temporary assistance whilst they recruit a permanent team member.

The successful candidate will be required to manage a complex caseload involving a mix of Residential and Commercial property cases, previous experience handling this style of caseload is essential. The caseload is predominantly made up of Residential matters with light ‘high-street’ Commercial cases. Furthermore, much of the client base is a combination of rural and city based so familiarity with handling property matters for varying clients is preferred.

The client is seeking a full-time fee earner and the rate of pay on offer is expected to be £30 to £45 per hour, depending on experience.

The firm is based in a busy, picturesque Wiltshire town centre, with parking available nearby and is easily commutable from Berkshire, Hampshire and the South West.
